1) Use Proxy sites
Proxy sites are the intermediate sites and easiest way to access many blocked sites. Simply open the proxy sites, enter the URL you want to visit and access blocked sites.

The proxy site will not directly connect you to the blocked website; instead it will first connect you to a Proxy server and it will redirect to the blocked website. Following are most widely used online proxies.

• HideMyAss
• spysurfing
• KProxy

• proxymouse

But with proxy sites you can only access static webpages and you can't access the blocked Facebook as they store cookies. 

(2) Use IP instead of URL
Generally, all the colleges, schools, company block websites using some software’s in which they enter URL’s of the Websites they need to block. So whenever you type URL of the website(e.g. www.yahoo.com, www.facebook.com), the site is blocked.

Thus, instead of URL type in the IP address to open blocked sites. To get the IP address of the blocked site, open the command prompt and type "ping website.com".(Replace the website.com with the blocked site url).
